Gui, Pierre-Luc and Alex couldn't sleep, and didn't want to fix it with pills. So they went looking for what actually works without medication: breathing, hypnosis and the relaxation techniques sleep professionals have used for decades.
The first result was Dodow, a light that slows your breathing down to sleep. Dodow
A light that slows your breathing down to sleep. Dodow projects a soft, pulsing light on the ceiling: breathe in as it grows, out as it shrinks. Over 8 or 20 minutes it takes you from about 11 breaths a minute down to 6, then switches itself off. No screen, no pills.
Breathing at 6 breaths a minute stimulates the baroreflex, the reflex that rebalances heart rate, breathing and blood pressure. It has been studied for decades, including in people with insomnia (Del Pozo & Gevirtz, 2012).

Who can apply?
Anyone with an active audience. We give priority to content creators: bloggers, YouTubers, influencers, podcasters and newsletter writers. We review every application individually.
How do I join?
The program isn't open in Greece yet. Join the waiting list in the section of the product you'd like to promote, and we'll email you as soon as it opens.
How much can I earn?
Up to 30% of what your follower pays. You start at 15% and move up automatically as your confirmed sales grow each month: 20% from 10 sales, 25% from 50 and 30% from 100. You never need to ask.
How long is the cookie window?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is credited to you.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, within 30 days of month end. Automatic transfer via the platform of your choice: UpPromote, Impact, or Effinity. No minimum threshold.
Do I get my own discount code?
Yes. Once you're accepted, you get an exclusive code for your community and a personal link, which also makes sure every sale is credited to you.
Do I get the product for free?
Yes. Once you're accepted, we send you the product you'll promote so you can try it first. In return, we ask for one video and three stories within 30 days.
