The benefits of probiotisève
The fermentation process provides a probiotic benefit to birch sap and especially stabilizes it. The lactic ferments it contains make it a living drink, which, in addition to its original qualities, benefits our intestinal flora. Lacto-fermentation is a very old preservation method. It better preserves nutrients and allows better digestibility of its vital elements. Lacto-fermentation increases the vitamin and trace element content of the products it transforms.
Usage advice
2 x 1.5 liters are needed to complete a full 3-week cure at 15 cl per day to be taken on an empty stomach.
