This technique involves scanning your entire body by focusing on each part. This anatomical awareness allows for deep physical relaxation.
Tree Meditation:

Hypnotic Suggestion:
This is the main tool of hypnosis! Suggestion is the ability to introduce an idea so that it is accepted without force. It is the choice of words we use in our stories like "relax", "let go", "deeply", "easy", etc. that will facilitate your entry into sleep.
ASMR:
Automatic Sensory Meridian Response, are specific and amplified sounds that, according to some doctors, reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels and promote relaxation by increasing serotonin.

Developed by American physician Edmund Jacobson in 1920, this technique allows you to immobilize or relax each part of the body to unwind from bottom to top or top to bottom.
